At Restart Medical & Aesthetics Clinic, we are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt, subject to the terms outlined below.
Skincare Products
• Eligibility: Skincare products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging for hygiene and safety reasons.
• Condition: We cannot accept returns of opened or used skincare products unless they are faulty or damaged upon delivery.
• Process: Please contact our customer service team at [Contact Information] before returning your product.
Gift Cards
• Non-Returnable: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
• Faulty Cards: If the gift card is defective or issued in error, please contact us within 14 days for assistance.
Return Process
1. Contact us at info@restartmedical.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide proof of purchase and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
3. Follow the instructions provided by our team to complete your return.
Refunds
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
• Klarna payments: If you used Klarna, your refund will be processed through their system. Please allow time for Klarna to update your payment schedule.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.
I would 100 percent recommend Alan!! I went to him with an issue regarding my first ever lip filler being incorrect (done by a different practitioner) and lumpy. He talked me through every stage of what I'd have to go through to get the lips I actually dreamed of. He was amazing with the dissolving. I then rebooked with him for a month later to refill and I'm so glad that I did! It's only been a couple days since they were refilled but already they are so much better!
Not only would I recommend him for the beautiful and skilled work that he does, but he's also an absolute diamond & thank you so much again Alan!! xxxx

One word to describe what Alan does AMAZING! He has literally changed my life. Within the industry I work in the discussions of sex is completely normal however I have been to multiple doctors/practitioners to speak about my concerns and always felt intimidated until I met Alan. He is the loveliest person and by god he knows his stuff! He is so knowledgable, from the moment I spoke to him on the phone I knew I was in good hands!
