At Restart Medical & Aesthetics Clinic, we are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt, subject to the terms outlined below.


Skincare Products

•    Eligibility: Skincare products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging for hygiene and safety reasons.

•    Condition: We cannot accept returns of opened or used skincare products unless they are faulty or damaged upon delivery.

Gift Cards

•    Non-Returnable: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

•    Faulty Cards: If the gift card is defective or issued in error, please contact us within 14 days for assistance.


Return Process

1.    Contact us at info@restartmedical.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.

2.    Provide proof of purchase and details of the item(s) you wish to return.

3.    Follow the instructions provided by our team to complete your return.


Refunds

•    Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.    

•    Klarna payments: If you used Klarna, your refund will be processed through their system. Please allow time for Klarna to update your payment schedule.
